Car issues and fines

The management of traffic fines is at no cost, with or without our Full insurance. The payment of the traffic ticket itself is always the driver's responsibility.

What if the car breaks down during my hire?

Should the vehicle break down and be unfit to be driven, get in touch with our offices (Calahonda: +34 952 93 44 12 or +34 615 66 88 81, Riviera del Sol: +34 952 93 97 38 or +34 667 56 55 27) and we will get our road assistance to you as quickly as we can.

What paperwork should I present at the vehicle pickup?

Renting with Fetajo Rent a Car requires being at least 25 years old and having at least 2 years experience of driving license. Bring the Original Documents along to the vehicle pickup, NO copies or photos: ID or Passport, Driving license and a Credit Card issued at the holder's name. Everything up to date.

What do I need in order to hire a car?

Just your passport or identity card, a driver license and a valid Credit Card

Cars

Can I pick the exact car model?

The car group (cars sharing similar technical characteristics) is confirmed, but not the model. Write the type of car you would like in observations and we will try our best to provide it whenever available.

Where and at what time do I return the car?

You must hand the car back at the place and time shown on your contract or indicated by our representative. For delays or schedule issues, simply contact us and we will rearrange the dropping time.

How can I extend the rental period?

Just call our booking department, at least 24 hours before the contract expires, to extend your rental. It is required to avoid the expiration of the insurance that covers the rental period.

Is the mileage limited in any way?

Not at all: hire our full insurance and our company offers unlimited mileage

Who fits the baby seats and the rest of the accessories?

Installing and fitting the additional accessories is the customer's responsibility, as set by the Spanish law. In case of an accident, the company assumes no responsibility for this installation.

Pay

Do you take cash payments?

Yes, you can pay in cash; even so, it is essential to hold a valid Credit Card that belongs to the main holder of the contract as a security of the payment.
